The deal, in plain words
These terms are the agreement between you and Candela Capital Sdn Bhd ("we") for using Tujuvia. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What Tujuvia is
Tujuvia takes links you share from social apps and the web, works out which real places they mention, saves those places to a private map, and builds trip plans from them. It is a personal planning tool. It is not a booking service, and it does not verify that a place is open, safe, or as described in the post.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
- You can delete your account at any time from the You tab. That is permanent.
3. Plans, limits and payment
- Free includes a fixed number of saves and trip plans for the life of the account. Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions with monthly allowances of saves and trip plans. The current numbers and prices are shown in the app and on tujuvia.app.
- A "save" is counted when a shared link is processed, whether or not a place is found. A "trip plan" is counted each time a plan is built or rebuilt.
- Unused allowance does not roll over to the next month.
- Subscriptions are bought through, billed by and cancelled through Google Play or the App Store, under that store's terms. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end. Refunds follow the store's policy.
- We may change prices or allowances. For existing subscribers a change applies from the next renewal after we tell you in the app.
4. Your content
- You keep ownership of the notes, photos and manual places you add. You give us the licence needed to store and display them to you and to run the features you use.
- Posts you save belong to whoever posted them and to the platform they are on. Tujuvia fetches and keeps the public parts of a post (caption, images, transcript) so that you can see where a save came from. Use of that content is subject to the original platform's terms.
- Do not use Tujuvia to save, store or share content that is illegal, that you have no right to, or that harasses or harms others.
5. Fair use
Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or automate access to the service, probe its infrastructure, work around plan limits, or use it in a way that harms other users or the platforms it fetches from. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
6. Accuracy
Place matching and trip planning are automated and can be wrong: the wrong branch, an outdated address, a closed venue, an optimistic drive time. The app shows you what it found so you can check and correct it before you go. Confirm opening hours and bookings with the venue. We are not responsible for a wasted trip.
7. Availability
Tujuvia depends on third-party platforms and services that change without notice. A source site may block fetching, an AI or mapping service may be unavailable, and features may be limited, changed or withdrawn. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You can ask us for a KML export of your places at any time if you want a copy outside the app.
8. Our liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Tujuvia and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we can withdraw the service with reasonable notice. Sections 4, 6, 8 and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes go to the courts of Malaysia, unless the law where you live gives you protections that cannot be overridden.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
