Tujuvia help and troubleshooting
A shared link did not produce a place
- Open the original link and confirm that the post still exists and is public.
- Check whether the post names a venue, address, city or recognisable landmark.
- Try pasting the full link into Tujuvia instead of sharing it from the source app.
- If the source remains unavailable, add the venue by name or address manually.
Private, deleted, login-restricted or region-restricted posts may not be fetchable. Platform changes can also cause a source to fail temporarily. See the supported-links guide for details.
The wrong venue or branch was selected
Compare the result with the original post’s city, neighbourhood, photos and spelling. Search for the intended venue and correct the result or add its address manually. Matching is automated and similarly named branches are a common source of ambiguity.
Opening hours or route timing look wrong
Hours and addresses come from external map data and can become outdated. Route times are estimates based on coordinates and do not account for every traffic, parking or queue condition. Confirm important details with the venue before leaving.
Location permission is unavailable or declined
Tujuvia uses device location only when you ask it to centre the map or use your position as the start of a trip. You can decline the permission and enter a starting point instead. The app does not store your location or track it in the background.
How usage limits are counted
A save is counted when a shared link is processed, whether or not a place is found. A trip plan is counted whenever a plan is built or rebuilt. Unused monthly allowance on Plus and Pro does not roll over. Current allowances and prices appear on the pricing section.
How to delete your account
In the app, open the You tab and choose Delete account. This permanently removes the account, saves, places, collections, trips, notes, profile photo and usage records from the active database. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the store separately. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address used for the account.
How to export your places
Email aiman@iteratis.my from your account address and ask for a KML export. KML opens in Google Earth, Google My Maps and most mapping tools.
What to include in a support request
- The link you tried to save, if it is public.
- Whether you shared it directly or pasted it.
- The status or error shown by the app.
- The venue Tujuvia selected and the venue you expected.
Never send your password, sign-in code, card details or private authentication tokens. Tujuvia support does not need them.
